Principles and Practice
Energy Psychotherapy uses your total energy system/field to bring about changes in the way you experience life. Negativity, including anxiety and depression, can be
reduced or eliminated by determining (through muscle testing and/or intuition) what is preventing you from being who you want to be, and treating this through a unique intervention. The interventions or
treatments are simple exercises such as tapping acupressure points that you can do yourself.
Our energy systems become disturbed by unresolved trauma. Our life force is then compromised and limited. But the body can process these experiences in a non-traumatic way by releasing these
disturbances on the ultimate energy (soul) level.
Energy psychotherapy usually involves defining a problem, defining what new state of being is desired, then determining what most blocks you from living as you desire. You may be blocked by
current life trauma (including prenatal and birth trauma), or ancestral trauma that has been passed down, or past life trauma. In addition, some people have dark energy affecting their life (eg. curses,
grudges, alienation from divinity etc.). Once the priority block is found and enough information about the issue and trauma is brought to consciousness, simple interventions such as tapping acupressure
points, holding chakras, affirmations, prayers, chimes, etc. are used to remove the negativity disturbing your system. On occasion disembodied spirits may be sensed and sent on if they are
complicating your life in an unproductive way.
Energy psychotherapy is an extremely non-invasive and gentle way to deal with serious issues that we may be carrying as disturbances to our primary operating system: our energy field.
